Place 3-4 teaspoons of chocolate in a small saucepan, add cold milk (about 125ml) and stir constantly, while stirring, slowly raise the temperature until it starts to boil, stir gently and the hot chocolate is ready to serve.
With espresso machine.
Put 3-4 teaspoons of chocolate in the milk jug, add approx. 125 ml of cold milk and stir gently, while stirring, let the milk foamer simmer until it starts to boil, stir gently and it's ready to serve.
It can also be prepared with water or other milk alternatives such as E.g.: soy milk, almond milk, oat milk.
